SPRING INTO FALL!
We have all been planning for the big month of May starting in June the year before and it is over! The days have been long, and we have been buzzing about but in retrospect the 31 days of May fly by, a whirlwind of growing, shipping, and plants loaded into delighted customers’ vehicles or planted into breathtaking landscape designs! WOW!
June orders are being processed to back fill those garden center benches- happily picked and fulfilled and last-minute additions to landscape beds are still being made.
Coleus are perfect summer survivors- a great option for June sales!
With that being said, at RCOP with the spring season still underway we have “sprung” into fall. Right on the heels of the greenhouses being swept and sanitized, in ships the first round of cuttings for fall mums which are the new trial varieties for possible future introductions.
RCOP loves to trial the latest mum varieties to make the best choices for regional performance!
The next delivery we received were cases of beautiful starts for grasses that will be the centerpieces for glorious fall containers and landscape accents for autumn.

The outdoor benches are being prepared for their next crops. We are getting ready for when the fall plants leave the propagation greenhouses to grow on all summer until they are ready for their turn on in gardens and fall landscapes.

Fall custom order preparations are being made like this house of baskets for a municipality, starting their journey to welcome the change of seasons. RCOP has the flexibility to collaborate with our customers on custom requests for special containers, genetics, or pot sizes. And while the RCOP Team is preparing for summer growing season of fall crops, the planning begins for the spring of 2027- reflecting on how to better serve you in 2027.
